Ca’n March Restaurant is the result of a personal and professional development of a family from Manacor. It all began as Fonda Ca’n March in 1925, and from that gastronomic nature of the establishment and with the courage from the self-educated, we decided to start a new project in 2000, Ca’n March Restaurant. Product quality and cooking creativity are the foundations of our kitchen. With a reminiscence of traditional Mallorcan cuisine and touches of world cuisines, we aim at forging our own signature within what we call the New Mallorcan Cuisine, where the total protagonist is the top quality native in-season product.
