Ca’n March is currently a family business that cares and looks after the last of the details. We intent to become one of the gastronomical referents of the East part of the island. All our efforts in and out of the restarant are leading towards this point. Our bases are the product and the customer service for all visitors of this house of ours. Ca’n March also belongs to Chefs-in group, which is entrusted with encouraging and promoting balearic cuisine.
A Thursday a month, Ca’n March offers a dinner and wine pairing with the intent of boosting gastronomy in the town of Manacor. It consists of a gourmet set menu prepared by Ca’n March team in company of a winemaker from Mallorca who will show us how to pair a wine for each of the dishes, creating a bond which will help us in the task of boosting its organoleptic properties (from October to June).
